FTE members are initiating discussions and projects, which are targeting for them relevant issues in the area of capacity management. In some projects FTE members are in the lead, in some projects they play the role of co-leader and or contributor. The key goal of the activities is to improve various elements and disharmonies in the organisation of the railway market. By this, the services of FTE members to their final customers can become more efficient, reliable, cheaper and customer-orientated.
