Michael Senyszyn has joined the FTE Office team as Senior Project Manager on 1 March 2025. Michael brings extensive experience from DB Regio, where he had several positions in timetabling and capacity management, which will be invaluable in his new role.
Within his time in the FTE office, Sebastian Naundorf significantly contributed to form a single European railway area in train planning by linking FTE members needs with RNE and Brussels stakeholders. This work on the TTR Programme is serving as a baseline for the draft Capacity Regulation. In his future role in timetabling and capacity management at DB Regio Sebastian will continue to be part of the FTE community. Alongside this change, Sebastian Carek will assume the position of deputy managing director.
Edgar Schenk, FTE Managing Director, expressed his gratitude, saying, 'I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Sebastian for his more than five years with the FTE team. With extraordinary expertise, dedication, and tireless efforts he worked towards the improvement of European train services, domestic and across borders alike. We are pleased that FTE will continue to benefit from his expertise in his new role representing DB Regio within FTE community.’
